Nah, it's not ruined. You just gotta pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and go at it again! I know how you feel though. I kinda blew it this weekend too. I had a wedding to go to (as if anyone can resist those desserts!), and then a BBQ on Sunday (again, no one can resist the dessert! If they can, I seriously would think they're an alien!). Just be super careful with what you eat in the next couple of days, just to balance everything out. But you're good to go! It's all about moderation, right? ;)

Just because you've eaten somewhat irresponsibily for the past two days does not mean your diet is ruined. By asking this question, you have admitted you realize you aren't eating right. Now, just make it a point to get yourself back on track and go from there. I realize saying this is a lot easier than doing it. You just have to be committed. Commitment is also hard. Take it one day at a time. If you flub up, that's okay - forgive yourself and continue from there.

No honey, you're okay. Everyone has those days. Just think of tomorrow as a clean slate. Just laugh a few extra times today, that burns calories!

No.. you need a cheat day once a week. You can't deprive yourself of some goodies every once and a while.

no it is not ruined, everyone gets sidetracked on their diet every now and then just don't make it a constant habit and you'll be back on track
