You need to find out what is causing you to cheat on your diet. Are you eating too little calories and your body is needing nourishment or are you using emotional cues instead of hunger cues to eat?
All a diet is is moderation. You need to start using measuring utensils for the food you eat and measure out correct portion sizes.
Drink plenty of water, not only does water curb your appetite but a lot of people mistake thirst for hunger.
Keep healthy easy to grab snacks around such as lite yogurt, fruit, chopped veggies etc. so that when you get hungry you snack on healhty choices instead of junk food.
Also exercise, not only does it burn calories, but a good workout will also curb your appetite.
These are a few things I can think of for now, good luck to you and don't give up!

Well first, stop eating like a pig. Anyway try this, it works for me all the time. Eat 1500 hundred calories a day (if you are a guy) and 1000 calories or less a day (if you are a woman). Try this for a week i guarantee after 7 days you will lose at least 4-5 pounds. Plus lift weights at least moderately so your skin wont get all flabby.

Dont listen to Darren B. Telling you to eat under 1000 cals a day is ****** bullsh*t because he is a guy and doesnt understand that women have different a metabolism than guys. I'd suggest eating 1200 cals a day with walking as exercise. That way, it takes less effort and is easier to complete! Especially if you are a teen girl, 1200 AT LEAST with moderate exercise. You can do it!

If you're finding it difficult to stick to your diet, than odds are your overdoing it. Instead of dieting, why not focus on replacing your not-so-good food choices with better ones....like having an apple instead of candy. If you start slowly and don't over-restrict yourself you'll be more likely to eat well. It also helps to stay hydrated throughout the day....it will curb your hunger.
