You don't need a laptop.

1) Most dorms have a lab in the building.
2) Libraries have free access.
3) There will be labs all over campus.

A laptop is a luxury, and just because you are disabled doesn't mean you automatically get one.

Laptops are great, but they are easy to break, lose and steal. They also don't improve notetaking, especially at smaller colleges. Just use pen and paper, and you'll get along just fine.

You should ask your HCBS Service Coordinator about helping you find funds for this sort of request.
