He spends several minutes at a time at the sink in the MENS room sucking water into his mouth and then squirting it out his nose into the sink. It's not a pretty sight to walk in the restroom and see this.It must happen several times a day because others have seen the same thing. What the Heck is this "FACEMAN" doing?

does this guy come in looking like he has been up all night partying?? is he overly excited about getting his check and sprinting to the door on payday to be the first to the bank?? does he ever seem really excited for no reason and talk super fast? are there times when he is really down and depressed? does he sniffle a lot or get nose bleeds?? lots of respiratory infections???are ther times when he is super crabby and acting like an as@*^$e?..... He's probably a drug addict. coke, vicodin, meth, etc.!! anything he can get his hands on. Or he is obsessive compulsive and has a thing about really clean noses.

He could have a cleft pallet that was never corrected -- this would leave an actual hole in the roof of his mouth. If this is the case then he's probably cleaning it out.
