PRTI (Permanent but Removable Ink) is supposed to be coming out this year and to my knowledge it is an ink that easier for removal by laser treatment. I would like to know if there is anywhere in Houston where it is offered. Also any knowledge about TLT (Time limited Tattoos) would be helpful.

I think they did far too many press releases far too prematurely. I don't know anyone as of now who would even consider using this stuff. It will be at least triple the price so the tattoos would have to be more and they don't even know if they can get the stuff out with regular lasers - one session? BS.

This likely means very specialized lasers that will also cost a lot more and be hard to find. I think it is all a big gimmick. Let's face it, even under perfect conditions of tattooing, meaning absolutely NO scar at all, or absolutely perfect lasering so as not to produce a scar, the skin has still been altered in some way. The skin will never return to its pristine condition.

The TLT - who knows? It will depend on how willing someone will be to walk around with a partially disintegrated tattoo - and again, no one knows for how long that will be, either.
