It's uncomfortable to lay in the tanning beds on your side. I usually lay out in the sun.

sure u can lay on your component (i might say after approximately 0.5 of the time or greater is up). im guessing u are employing a greater decrease priced mattress. the intense end beds get your factors with out u having to place on your component. u could additionally try the get up beds yet from my journey they make me mild headed!

hmmm...i`ve never actually had that problem...i guess u could lay sideways...u could put your arms above your head to let the uv hit your side, but that would`nt help your legs any...u could always try a stand-up booth...

yes laying on your side helps but if you hace access to a stand-up booth, those help the most but they might cost a little more.

Learn to accept your skin color as it is. Once they start hacking on you to remove skin cancers you will regret the time and money you wasted in a tanning bed. They do make skin cream that will darken your skin if you HAVE to be tan.
