And lastly, do you think this is a trick question? Why or why not? What do you think I'm getting at?

Sometimes I feel stupid, lost and confused because I am human even though I have two college degrees. I am a Protestant who is non-denominational. I don't believe the gates of Heaven swing open dependant upon which building you were in on Sunday. I take science and aspects of other religions into full consideration for some have some very positive things to offer. But I do believe in the Triune God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). His ways are powerful and mysterious. We just can't comprehend all of it as humans. That's why he told Moses to turn his head toward a rock as God was passing. For to look at God was death. Why? Shock, that's why. When God appeared to John on Patmos, John passed out from shock and then received messages of great importance and prophecy that highly educated and discerning mentors help us with if we will just listen. Another example of our humaness is when an astronomer was scanning the night skies. He discovered a star so bright that it shocked him and he passed out. We can only take so much. I don't think yours is a trick question. I simply think you'd like to see what some of us in this forum believe. Personally, without God I am afraid I'd be hopelessly insane and stranded without spirit in a world mired in hate and selfishness. With Him, I am strong and I am grateful. You know, I get alot of mentoring from www.khouse.org. Check it out. it goes over everything from marriage, to biotechnology, to nuclear development, to world happenings and what they mean, etc. It's an invaluable FREE tool for all of us. But I don't think I am stupid. As to academics, I registered at the genious level along time ago and did very well in school. In Paralegal school, my grade point average was 98.7% (I wanted a 100% but I have kids and a husband, etc.). In University I was at a 3.97. My ACT was a 32 so stupidity isn't me. I like to look at the big picture and am very curious about our world today and keep up on all facets to the best of my ability. I eagerly embrace history, theology, creative writing, current events, science past and present, different cultures and all types of things. How about you? How do you feel about yourself and where you are headed? I have my head on straight and I am certainly thankful.

While there are a great many things of which I am ignorant, I suspect that I have a reasonable degree of intelligence, having got through university with a rather good showing. My level of curiosity remains high, and I'm constantly learning new things and exposing myself to new ideas.

I am an agnostic as far as religion is concerned.

I have no idea whether it is a trick question or not nor have I any notion of what you may be getting at.

I wouldn't say I'm stupid. I try to use my brain. I am forgetful at times or just plain silly. Maybe sometimes I'm stupid. But I think most of us are at one time or another. This may or may be a trick question. I do not know your motives. I do know I get 2 points. I am an atheist.

Is the question whether I am stupid or whether I feel stupid? Smart people often feel quite stupid, becaue they are wise enough to realize how much they don't know. Stupid people often think they know it all.

At any rate, I'm a member of Mensa, for whatever that's worth. And my religion is none. I became an atheist after studying religion.

I am stupid compared to many people, but a genius compared to some. I am not religious, just seeking the truth, and believe it lies in science, not religion.

I don't think this is a trick question, but think the results could be used to gather an opinion about self awareness and religion.

I'm not, in general, a stupid person. I rather consider myself very smart. I have has some REALLY stupid moments though. I think that the smarter you are, the worse your stupid moments are. I'm a pagan. It isn't a trick question, but a good one to test intellect and humility.

Based on a human intelligence scale I think I am very smart. I do not let my personal views cloud my common sense. I am a very proud Wiccan. Unless you have very radical religious views and are using this to get back at people I think this is a very interesting post worth exploring. I dont know what you are getting at I posted to find out!

My mama sez "stupid is as stupid does".
I am ignorant in things that I'm not interested in.
I am quite literate in things I am interested in.
I am interested in my walk with God, so I learn all I can about His word through His Holy word, the bible. After reading the bible from front to back several times, I am now taking a bible course. I have about 60 continuing education credits from it so far.
