strange boll in my asshole ! :S?

as funny as it sounds, its true :S:S i got this strange kinda ugly little ball or whatever it is in my asshole !! it hurts when i sit in a certain way ... what the heck is this?! and why did i get it and whats its cure?!

Hemorrhoids, ask the Pharmacists for some cream that might shrink it, failing that its surgery.
You probably got it through straining, either bowel movements constipation, or lifting heavy objects.
