It sounds like you are having a gallbladder attack. You need to see your medical doctor as soon as possible and be checked out for this. All of your symptoms indicate gall bladder, especially the bright yellow bowel movements.

it could all be originating from your neck. Neck pain can make you stiffen when you go to turn and twist your body rather than just turn your head. You can get a headache from pain originating in your neck. Take ibuprofen instead of aspirin it is better for inflammation. Have someone rub your neck after you've had heating pad on it for 15 min. Lean your head to the side have them rub from behind the ear down and out your shoulder; repeat on other side. Then hold your head up and have them rub from the base of your skull down. With one hand using as much pressure as you can take (uncomfortable but not painful) they should start with there fingers on each side of the spine and close them in as they go down so that when the reach the top of your shoulders there fingers are touching. (form a v from top to bottom) good luck

My hubby has been through the same thing - EXACTLY.
He has "degenerative disc disease"...cortizone shots do help tremendously BUT you can only have them something like 3 times...
They told him (3 specialists) that he should have surgery but he'd have a 50/50 shot of being in a wheelchair so he opted to not have surgery. The loss of the discs (rubbing away) can affect your organs- bladder, intestines, etc. and that is probably the same thing that is happening to you. Get all the info. you can on it- and see multiple specialists, and get 2nd and 3rd opinions.
