it may not help as much as u imagine in making her attack to stop....
because her inability to breath well is due to constriction of airways not because of what she were....
but it may just help her while she is controling her breathe...
like if u make her copy the way ur breath let her breath inhale and exhale deeply so that she can pass the attack after having her rescue inhaler first.
so It may help even in her mind.
just u have to ask her about this.and never hesitate to do it if it will help....

During an asthma attack, the bronchial airways constrict making at difficult to breath, even impossible at times. This is caused from the immune system being hypersensitive to specific things such as dust or smoke. In other words, the problem is caused by the bronchial airways becoming too tight for air to travel though, which has nothing to do with the amount of pressure a bra will place on the chest. To put it simply, no, it wouldn't

My brother is an asthmatic and after ten years his asthma has shown no sign of improving. He has been to several doctors but they didn't help much.

Can't you ask her if she wants her bra taken off? She can motion to you in some way if she wants it off. Does she have the proper asthma medication during this time? Does she have plenty of air?
Ask her when she's not in an attack what you should do for her during an attack.
If worse comes she should probably go to the emergency room. Ask her about that when she's not having an attack. What ever you do; don't panic.

in all possibility does not help lots. An attack happens internally and the perfect thank you to help is to take her rescue inhaler. which will relax the muscle mass around the airlines so her respiration turns into much less annoying. i've got in no way felt that a bra became constricting for the time of an attack as a results of fact this is all inner. Ask her nevertheless - if she feels that it provides to the rigidity, possibly she ought to loosen it. yet usually, i've got in no way heard nor experienced that.

Unless she asks you to, don't. coming from personal experience: Don't touch her unless she asks you to. Asthma attacks aren't fun, but they become even scarier if you freak out. She know's whats going on and how to handle it. The more she has to calm you down, the more she will be unable to concentrate on controlling her breathing.
