A great website for finding dogs to adopt for a small adoption fee or free is www.craigslist.org. It's a site where people place free ads and is divided by states and cities. Good Luck.
(hint: it's spelled Chihuahua)

I don't think that there is such thing as a "free" dog because after you get it you must then supply food, vet care, etc. But you could check the giveaways in your local paper. But first you need to learn how to spell Chihuahua.

If your lucky from a rescue centre but its unlikely as only mongrels go for nothing really. Consider rescuing a little mongrel, if you love dogs, what difference does it make what breed it is. Give an unwanted dog a good home instead of being so picky!

If you can't SPELL it, you really shouldn't HAVE it.

It's Chihuahua

And there's no such thing as a free dog. If you can't afford an adoption fee, then you really can't afford veterinary care, food, toys, etc.
