or if its just another infomercial Scam

I've not heard of it. However, a true fast would be fat free, not reduced, as a fast is going for a set amount of time without eating.

I just realized that "fast" in this case is quickly. Oops. I have been looking at the site (I did a search, "reduce fat fast") and had to laugh at a line,"Millions of capsules of Reduce Fat-Fast® have been consumed safely with wonderful results and no side effects for more than ten years." A bit of a dangling modifier there. Do they mean that that side effects haven't lasted for more than ten years, or people have been taking the pills for more than ten years without side effects? I'm pretty sure they mean the latter, but it's still funny.

Seems like snake oil to me. I lost weight and felt better once I just cut out my diet of pure junk. Go figure. Also, if green tea is supposed to help with weight loss (which I've heard elswhere), then why not just drink it nice and hot? Besides, the site reccommends a healthy diet and exercise, too. Go figure. A healthy diet and excericise for better health and weight loss? What a concept.

In the early days of my pregnancy when I would wake up and not be able to get comfortable or go back to sleep for awhile, I would watch the infomercials and laugh. It's very rare that something from an infomercial has been proven good. The only two things I can think of are the Ronco food dehydrator (my dad once borrowed it from a friend to dry apples and it worked well) and the OxyClean stuff (which I've also used with good results and which both my sister and our brother's wife have reccommended as they've had success with it for their kids' clothes).

Anyway, I hope this helps.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing impurities from your body. You get impurities from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The impurites get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the impurites. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Make pancakes even healthier by adding mashed baked sweet potato, some pureed spinach and blueberries, or maybe cooked quinoa.

Don't keep junk food as part of your kitchen. If it's not right now there, you can't be tempted because of it.
