Yes, several times.

The first few times, I dreamt of a man reading to me from a scroll; sometimes, he and I would walk together as he read; other times, he sat on a rock and I sat at his feet. Each time I awoke, many of his words were still in my head. I wrote the words down that I could remember and I later discovered they were Hebrew. Although my mind didn't understand what the man told me, my soul did.

I had another dream that I do not believe should be posted in R&S; but I'd be happy to send you a private message telling you what was shown to me.

I had a dream when I was in Middle school and high school that someone had started a fight with me. When I brought back my fist to hit the person, my fist would not move. No matter how hard I tried it would not go anywhere. I had this dream over and over again and took it as God telling me not to fight anyone so I never did

I also had a dream that my boyfriend (at the time) was standing on one side of a door and I was on the other. It was like no matter what I did I could not open the door or go through the door to get to him. Like this was not the person that God wanted me to be with. A couple of months later, I ended the relationship (not because of the dream).

In elementary school I had a dream that I was on a plastic playground at the school and I seen a tornado coming towards me. The wind was blowing hard and I could see debre flying every where I climbed to the top of the structure and started to pray that God would protect me and I watched the tornado go all the way around me and never touched me.

God has never really spoken to me through a dream that I can remember, but he has lead me a certain way through my dreams.

I am a Christian

Hope this helps!!

No and yes maybe? I don't know. But I will share this story. I am a Catholic. And i am 32. so the only Pope I have really known was JP2. so when he died I was amazingly torn up and shaken. I thought my whole world was coming apart. (yes, now it seems strange, but that was how i was feeling at the time.)

So I had this dream:

I was at the Vatican and there was this huge crowd of people there and they were all awaiting the announcement from the conclave about who the next pope would be.

And I was there just crying.

I turned around and there was the most beautiful women I ever saw surrounded by a glowing brilliant light. It was our Blessed Mother Mary. And walking towards her was a HOT, and I mean HOTTIE of a young man. It was JP2, the sunglass wearing young healthy vibrant JP2! And he walking towards Mary, and he was smiling. And there I was crying and yelling no. Don't take him.

And then there was a male voice from behind me saying, but his work is done and it is time for him to come home.

and I couldn't turn around so i tried running towards them and I said well, if you are taking him, then take me too cause I don't want to stay here without him.

and at that point in my dream, i felt this hand pulling me back by my shoulder and again I heard the voice saying, but your work isn't done and it isn't your time

and then i woke up. and i felt at peace about the whole pope thing. the next day they announced the new pope. and my shoulder hurt. like I had a pulled muscle. the same shoulder that was grabbed in my dream.

I had a dream from God, not specifically Him speaking to me. It was a situation that showed me that I needed to look at my life outside of time. My friendship with a certain boy was inappropriate because if I had a husband right now, it would not be an ok way to act. I wasn't doing anything wrong seemingly, but in the dream, time was removed from the situation, showing me that having a friend that close would be cheating in my husband's eyes. It made me really think hard about how I related to boys.

I have had 5 earth changing dreams from God. Three were foretold to me before the event and 2 were given in request for adivce. Each dream left such an impact that I can still remember the details and feelings. Dreams from God are unlike general dreams.

Sure. Problem is, the old fellow can't speak English. He's meeting me at Starbucks tomorrow morning, with his laptop and a copy of The Downhome Rag, which, I'm sure you Christians know, is Heaven's daily Hebrew newspaper. I like the comics. They are really nice, these conversations I have with God. He's Jewish, you know, and the color of double-chocolate chocolate pudding...the kind of pudding God's mother made when he was a wee thing and before the earth was flat and the sun revolved around it.

I have had many dreams about God,the one that stands out the most:I could not see God but I knew I was with him.He
said do you want to know the meaning of life? I said yes, He showed me a flash card with the answer.Do you want to know why I created every thing, why you were born and so on
I reply yes and He shows me on a flash card the answer.I woke up not remembering the answers, but I was with God.

Yes he has. One night I had a dream or something that my father died. In my dream it was like someone was telling me to pray for my father. I woke up in tears. The next day, Sunday, at church, we were giving prayer requests and that dream came to my mind and I requested prayer for my father. I didn't know why, he was only 47 years old at the time. Well, on Monday morning as he was getting ready for work, he started having chest pains and was on the verge of having a heart attack, but my mother got him to the hospital in time. My father did have to go through open heart surgery, but he lived another 20 years, he just died last year. I believe that the Lord was trying to warm me that something bad was about to happen to my dad and that he needed prayer. My dad was not saved and through all that, I got to talk to him about the goodness of the Lord and how the Lord kept him through all he had to go through. I attend an Apostolic Pentecostal church. I enjoy answering questions like yours. So many people ask questions that do nothing but ridicule people of faith. Thank you.

A friend of mine was always shop lifting when we were together. One night in a dream God showed me that this friend was going to get caught the next time they chose to steal. I told my friend and they assured me that they would not steal anything else, but eventually something struck their fancy that they had to have...and sure enough they got caught. They went to jail for two days and got scared straight...but God was really trying to intervene in the life of this person...they just weren't listening.

Of course! God also talks to me when I'm awake.

God is all around us and everything we experience is God talking to us. Unfortunately, most of us are too caught up within our egos to listen.

I am Christian by upbringing, Taoist by philosophy, naturist/native American in spirit.
