I hate God. There was a time when I did not really believe in Him but I am a believer now. I am 20 years old, engaged and was expecting my first child in Feb. The pregnancy was normal with no problems but then 45 minutes in to pushing my son out, there were complications. The nurse lost his heart beat and he was deprived of oxygen. The lack of oxygen cause serious brain damage and they told me he would never be able to think. After 3 long hard days at the hospital me and my boyfriend decided to take him off of the resperatior. I have heard a lot over the last few months that God has a plan, and he works in misterous ways, well screw that. I have never done anything to piss god off and I sure as hell did not deserve lossing my son. So I hate God for taking my son from me.

I cannot believe that their are so many non-believers in this world. Where do you think you are going once you die? Huh? God is real and He does exist. It is so sad to see these many lost souls. Then you bad mouth something that you have not taken the time out to study. God is real, you can call me a fool, stupid and anything else, but we will see what's really good in the end. All Christians don't have anything against atheist, if anything we would love them just the same as a fellow Christian. I pray that God has mercy on all of your souls. For your soul does live forever. Read the Divine Revelation of Hell.

Atheists do in fact hate God. I know it sounds strange because how could they hate something they dont believe in? More accurately said, many atheists hate the laws of God and everything he stands for. He has a different set of wisdom than the worlds that is greater in power and authority, and the world likes to think of itself as greatest authority there is so they dont like the competition.
Ive had conversations at length with people on here in email describing how much they indeed not only hate Gods law and his wosdom, but hate God himself for sending people to hell and judging sin.

You can't hate something that doesn't exist. I don't hate god, Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hindus or any other religious groups. I disagree with many of their teachings, practices, bigotries, and self righteousness. I have friends that are Hindu, Jewish, Christian and Muslim and we all get along as long as no one belittles or insults the way someone else chooses to believe or not believe.
I don't hate any Christians, but I do hate the mean spirited, callous behaviour some so called Christians exhibit.

I used to hate God.
Then I realized I didn't actually hate God - only some peoples idea of him.
Most of the things attributed to 'God' were actually the actions of human beings who were trying to justify their own atrocities.
When you read in the bible where 'God told people to go and kill all the men and boy children in a village, and to take the women for themselves', (look it up, it's in there). It is much more likely that some dude in the group of invaders convinced everyone else to go along with it because 'God told us to'.
It has been repeated throughout history. The current gang of idiots in the white house tries to convince people that 'God is on our side'. When in actuality - if there is a God that even remotely resembles what they claim to believe in, he would be horrified at the actions and arrogance being displayed.
I don't necessarily believe in God as a being - more like the sum of everything that exists. The idea that there is a guy sitting up in heaven waiting to judge me for whether or not I got 'saved', strikes me as extremely unlikely.

Your explanation answers your question!
A theist/believer would not hate God presumably, most likely claiming to love him.
An atheist would not hate a god which he/she does not acknowledge as existing.
An agnostic would not hate god whose reality he or she doubts.
A deist would not hate a god whom he or she recognizes as not being involved in the cosmos currently.
Thus, the sole candidate for abhoring a god figure is possibly someone who is or has been a believer but who presently feels, because of a tragic occurrence, that he or she has been abandoned by an uncaring god.

I had issues with God when I was a person of faith, but I have felt no hatred of God since I let go of my superstitions and evolved into a person of reason. Most people would find it silly to feel animosity toward a being they don't believe exists.

I have...from time to time....but not him. I hate his operating policies sometimes. For instance...we have the gift of life and why is death, which is sometimes painful, the penalty? And the never ending mystery of life which will never be solved here on earth. But then, after my tirade is over, I go back to my faith in the eternal goodness of things and the fact I can never know the master plan because I have not the mind of God.

Back as a (VERY young) believer, yes I did. Looking back on it now I think I hated the Catholic church and organized religion more than "god".
As a current atheist, well, I can't put "you can't hate what doesn't exist" better than anyone has here.

Hate god? What a good question--it got me to thinking: who (whom?) in my long live have I actually hated. You know, I couldn't think of a single living (or dead) human person. As for god or gods, I would be hard-put to hate something that has never existed. Wait! Wait! I used to hate the Greek god of roaches, whose name escapes me now. I think it started with the letter K. All these tens of thousands of gods across the centuries are damn hard to keep up with.
