You have to know the Word of the Lord and and be saved in order to receive eternal life. You can't be one way today and another the next. God wants you to be content with Him, not with what's going on in the world. You have to have a relationship with God, so whenever you hear comments, you will know that they are true. God is real. And God is not willing to burn anyone. He gives us all FREEWILL hoping that we will turn to Him for any and everything. It is up to us if we want to follow Him and praise His name.

It is true that anyone who is not saved will not go to heaven, but it would be very presumptuous and rude of anyone to say who will be saved and who will not.
Please note that I said WILL BE saved and not IS saved. I use this tense of the verb because it was used by St. Paul:
"But if someone's work is burned up, that one will suffer loss; the person will be saved, but only as through fire." - 1 Cor 3: 15

These same people read everything through the lens of John's Gospel, and ignore all the places in the Letter of James, the Book of Revelation, the Gospel of Matthew and even Paul's Letter to the Romans (chapter 2) where it emphasizes that works matter. They also have missed the boat entirely on the Bible's teachings on humility, it would seem.

Rom. 10:9. ...that if you confess with your mouth that he is LORD, you will be saved.
Acts 4:12
Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
Mark. 10:15
15 Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will by no means enter it.”
Jesus is refered to as "The kingdom" her. so really it means: Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive Jesus like a little child will by no means enter it.”
John 10:9
I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. (Pasture being paradise, being Heaven)
I think that these verses speak for themselves. If you want more, try:
Acts 2:21
Acts 2:47 and Matt. 19:16-30

I believe what the bible says is true. Now, where you are spending eternity is between you and God. Only the two of you know what is going to happen. If you profess to be a christian but do not hold true to His word then you are not under God's grace. So the real question is do you accept the bible as God's word and true to your walk?

It's horrible isn't it? I have done everything as good as I can but I will never claim that I know what comes next...especially for anyone else! I try to be "Christian"...not in the typical preaching, etc.- I think it's wrong to judge anybody, wrong to down people, wrong to be mean, wrong to not assist others in anyway you can..so I don't do these things. I figure if (hopefully) there is a God ; God will be glad someone just tried to do the right things for no reason.
I don't ask to be paid for anyone when I help..I do it for myself. If someone judges me- I know they are only making themselves look better to themself. I then say a little prayer for them so they might be guided without a reason!

John 3
Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a member of the Jewish ruling council.
2He came to Jesus at night and said, "Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him."
3In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.

Christ came to open the doors to heaven for everyone. But it is only through Him that we shall enter.
