Nothing over twenty two floors ( I'm in Trenton New Jersey right now and I don't think that the architects here could count higher than that!), which is really only twenty one floors if You think about it because of the thirteenth floor bad luck thing.

i think for it to be good excercise, you actually have to go up and back down...no halfway measures!

You would get more of a workout if you walked up the inside steps.

Go ahead and risk ruining your own life, but risking falling off the building is dumb and you could hit somebody else and ruin their lives.

You need to think carefully about the consequences of your actions before pulling a stupid stunt.
