well i have a friend that she thinkes is over wait she is 145 is that 2 much. and i am 117 is that fine to

I'm 5'4 and I'm 119.

Your weight is PERFECT!!!!

Your friend is a bit overweight for her height and age, her average weight should be 115 to 135 at her current height she should never pass 135.

Be a good friend encourage her, and workout with her. she would probably feel really good about herself if she lost about
15 pounds.
It would be better for her health also.

It depends on your bone structure. But a rule of thumb is 100 pounds for the first 5 feet of height. Then 3-8 pounds per inch of height after that. Small boned people are at the 3 pound end of the scale; larger boned people are at the
8 pound end. It sounds like you and your friend are both within the normal range. She might be a little over, but not much.

i think being 117 is normal im about 118 . i think im kinda chubby but im 5'5 so yeah. but 145 isnt that much

google this: BMI...its the body mass index. It gives you a range of what the ideal weight it for any age.

what you both should be more concerned with is your body mass index. go to the above site and plug in your numbers, this will tell you if your respective weights are too high or too low.
