Decent question, and I'm not quite sure how to answer. Here's my uninformed take on this.

If this is true, then the brain does not produce the mind, rather the mind utilizes the brain as a tool for manifesting itself and interacting with the world.

The spirit resides in the lower back middle portion of the brain where we meld with our host (the body). I could only speculate that if you were moving one brain from one body to another, the soul would move with the brain. This would mean that the body receiving the brain would receive the spirit included in the brain as well. The old brain (assuming the reason for the transfer is b/c the old brain died) would have already released its spirit back to the spirit world.
Our bodies are merely vessels that contain our spirit so we can achieve our karmic lessons we have chosen in this life. This means it is more then likely that when a brain is moved, the spirit moves with it. When we come into this world/dimension we meld with the body of our host. This is why I would assume that if you are moving the brain, the mind and soul goes along with it.

Sorry, the Soul is not in the brain ..... its next to your heart, in your chest, so it does not matter what brain you put in a guy ... his soul remains the same. The brain is the processing unit for perceptions that the soul receives and drives the brain to think one way or another ... a more powerful brain makes a soul think powerfully and a weak brain makes a soul think less powerfully .......... faster, slower, sharper, softer, aggressive, assertive, passive etc etc. that comes from the the perception of the soul through the processing unit (Brain) .. which is fed by sight, hearing, Touch (feeling), Smell, taste etc etc

it sounds like youre talking about the memories in the brain and the mans brain from man A is now in man B....God can save all our memories so no problem....no need for games

The soul has nothing to do with the body. You can rearrange the body in any way you wish with no effect on the spiritual soul.

I would have to say who we are resides in the brain. The "soul" is considered who we are, so the brain.
