Chilaquilies! They are the best!
You start with a frying pan and put a little bit of vegetable oil. Get some corn tortillas and cut them up into small pieces or you can tear them. put them all in the frying pan until they nice and crunchy. Once they are crunchy then you get some home made chile (not chili beans) and pour it all over the crispy tortillas and add about a cup of water to take away the hot chile smell. Let them get dry or until the liquid is gone and serve on a plate with mexican dry cheese and yum yum they are the best!

It sounds a little corny, but I like anything my mom makes. My favorite is her famous meatloaf and potatoes when we all sit around and talk for hours on end. Food is always best when served in good company!
