I don't give a rat's @ss about thumbs on here. It's almost funny to see so many thumbs down. Why do you care?

Because you are shaking someones world with your facts. Personally, I consider thumbs down an indication that I am on the right track when I'm answering religous questions.

Keep up the good work guys, I LOVE those thumbs down.

I've read some of your answers, and to be honest I've rated you with a thumbs down more than once. You truly can't take offense to your ratings. Everyone has an opinion, often there will be people who disagree with you. You just answer the questions truthfully to the best of your knowledge, and don't let the ratings get to you.
I don't agree with many of the comments made on this site, but I'm just one person. Just be true to your beliefs.

You have to be kidding. right? It was not even a valid reponse to the questions. The letter did not promote fear. Presidents always seek legal and moral advice before undertaking such things. I am thankful the letter exists for it shows great reponsibility.
I just gave it a thumbs down because it is irrelevant to the question and appears to be intentionally devisive.

Your answer, while factual, was to a biased and inflammatory question. Answering that question at all assumes that Muslims do fear Christians and Muslims would likely take offense to this. The facts that you state may lead Muslims to disrespect these so-called Christians but not fear them. These are the type of questions that are meant to touch peoples sensitive nerves and get them riled up. I've been trapped by them in the past myself. We all should follow Paul's counsel at 2Timothy 2:23.

Oh, boo hoo. You were answering a politically divisive question, and still got more thumbs-up than thumbs down. Just what did you expect, that everyone would love you unquestioningly?

Because thumbs down means that they disagree with your point of view sometimes. It is kind of a messy system. I get thumbs down all the time when I say that I used to be gay and through Jesus found freedom. The gays don't like that answer at all because it flies in the face of their genetic excuse.

Sorry, I accidentally gave you a thumbs-down. I meant to push the thumbs-up button, but seeing as I'm so used to giving people thumbs-down for their dumb answers, I accidentally hit thumbs-down on you. Sorry about that. I liked your answer for that question.

This statement gives me the heebie-jeebies, especially considering it's a document from supposed "men of God."

"the human cost on both sides would be justified by the intended outcome"

You get thumbs down probably because people disagree with your reason for posting it.
