Don't ya feel "Born again?"

Ah, yes, no mail on Christmas day and we get a paid day off, a federal holiday.
I would say that smacks of being a Christian Nation.

And why is "gay marriage" a big deal to them? Isn't marriage a religious tradition?

yes i do feel born again, unfortunatly if this was a "great christain nation", as you proclaimed then why are uor govt. oficials trying to spred hate for our muslim brothers. if this country were a great christain nation we would be using our influence to improve thier situations so that they dont spread more hate. you should realy think about what you are saying befor you say it. ask yourself this question, would the father aprove of the american govt., and what bush is doing in the midle east? i say no. with that said how can this be a nation under god if we do not follow his commandments, does thou shalt not kill mean anything to people, or do they think it is only a suggestion?

That's pretty funny actually.

How many errors can one make in one silly statement like that?

Do you know what AD means? You're being redundant, and AD, by the way, should appear before the year number.

The USA is neither Great (at least not at the moment under the current regime), nor Christian (thank God for that!)

Hey enlightenedsista...this nation is not as diverse as you'd like to believe.

Christian 84%
Jewish 1%
Muslim 1%
Other non-Christian 3%
Atheist 1%
Agnostic 2%
Something else 1%
No preference 11%
Don't know/Refused 1%

As you can see there are far more Christians than anything else in this country...the rest hardly make a blip on the radar.

Every day I wake up is a great day and I have another chance to praise my Lord in all that I do. Thank you God for our Blessings, in Jesus' Name.

The USA isn't a Christian nation. It's a FREE nation.

I'm insulted that you would suggest the US is a "Christian Nation". Have you even read our Constitution or Bill of Rights, or are they now obsolete? The last I checked, this nation was fortunate enough to have a freedom of religion, meaning that we don't all have to conform to your beliefs, thank you very much!

I didn't know the entire USA was Christian. I could of sworn it was diverse with so many faiths represented. Didn't know one group spoke for the entire US. Kind of arrogant don't you think?

God isn't arrogant.
