What would be a good hairstyle, I have straight hair and I was thinking about getting a body wave or a perm. I don't want to cut my hair, it is shoulder length now, what is a good option for me? What is the style? I am sick of wearing my hair straight.

Try using hot roalers to get a curly but relaxed look. My hair looks really cuite in them and i have straight hair too. Another option is layers to make it different and not loose the length. Then if you wanted you could curl the ends of the layers. Try long layers like mandy morre in the movie because i said so, it worked really well for me with out going for a drastic change . do not get a perm. they are so dated, and obvious. just get a wide barrel curling iron, about 1" or so since your hair isn't that long. and curl your hair to make nice waves. layering your hair is a good option too. i have wavy hair and i straighten mine every day.

wear your hair up more often. you can wear it half up and down, in a ponytail with curls which is really awesome, clippe back or in a headband with curls. try investing in a waver which make s your hair wavy and pretty

I prefer body waves over perms because my hair is straight but thick.
