Nice to see so many people with a background in science answering these questions.
Oh, wait...
By the same logic, I guess I can go operate a nuclear power plant or do any of the other poster's jobs, if having actual knowledge is not an impediment to having an opinion.
Evolution is proven in most cases. It is not something to be "believed." Global warming has much evidence on its side. Unfortunately, too many middle America school systems want Christian soldiers and not free-thinkers, so people keep confusing weather with climate.
Is the earth a complicated organism with many changing factors that can cause changes in climate? Of course.
Do we have more to learn about our global climate and its history? Another yes.
But to totally denounce global warming is just plain ignorant. If you pack 20 people in a room, it gets hot and you open a window or door to cool it off. The same principle applies with 6 billion and all their heat-producing inventions.
Unfortunately, logic takes a back seat to greed, and most of the conservatives might have to stop driving their gigantic gas-guzzling behemoths to help our environment.
So to answer your question: No, I don't believe in those things. I know them to be the most accurate answer we have, based on the unbiased scientific method.
Now, if we could get rid of the very biased bible...

They are both possible.
I don't think Global Warming is just a theory politicians want us to believe. Scientists all around the world agree that the temperatures have continued to increase for the past 30
years or so and they say this is enough to proove how humans(greenhouse gases) are to blame. Also the ice is melting twice as fast as it was expected to. Sun gets closer to earth sometimes and they say the increase has become independent of that as well. We should try to slow it down either way because the northern regions might cherish the effects whereas billions of people will have to deal with drought, flood and eventually they will starve to death if not killed by outbreaking diseases. Which may lead to wars. These are all bitter facts hard to handle.
Evolution is possible. They teach it as the intelligent design, it's not a reason for not believing in God. Adam and Eve could very well be created as a part of the evolution, maybe with brains evolved enough to make a difference by defining values only known to humans such as guilty conscience, mercy etc.

GLOBAL WARMING:
I believe in Global Climate Change, but I cannot buy into the theory that humans are adversely affecting the climate. There are just too many factors to consider, and too little data to review.
For starters, many of the temperature monitoring stations were initially located on the outskirts of cities. Cities have grown to encompass these stations. Since urban areas are 'thermal islands' it makes sense that the average temps at these locatations are going up. Data from the middle of the woods would be a better indicator of climate trends.
Secondly, has everybody forgotten that in the 1970's the 'experts' were madly warning everybody of the impending ICE AGE. Which is it?
Third, as for AlGore's little film and crusade, hard science is not conducted by a concensus. And AlGore is a politician, not a scientist. I heard this morning that AlGore has claimed that we (humans) have distorted the balance of energy between Earth and the rest of the Universe. What is he talking about?!?! Again, he is obviously not a scientist.
Fourth, the Earth recieves the bulk of it's external engery from the Sun. Has anyone taken into account Solar activity levels?
Fifth, the climate on earth occurs in cycles. Don't panic when one year (or decade, or century) is different than the previous. Look at the big picture.
Now, having said all of that, let it be known that I believe in Conservation of Resources. Some resources (oil, natural gas) are limited for us. They are renewable, but they take a bit long to renew for our use. However, I believe that allowing market forces, not Governmental mandates, to drive conservation is the best policy.
EVOLUTION:
I believe in creation with a mix of evolution. I believe that humans were created by God a long time ago. In the time since we were created, we have adapted and changed to meet the requirements of survival.
By the way, this was a very interesting combination of questions.

I believe in global warming but I'm not sure why it is really happening. It could very well be a cyclical event as global warming has happened many times during the earth's history as has global cooling as recently as the 1970's. Other planets including our neighbor mars goes through global warming and cooling as evidenced first from our observation of it's ice caps.
So the jury is out. I don't believe in Al Gore's theory of global warming as CO2 levels are still a a million times lower now than they were during the Jurassic period. In the 19th century, they were obviously higher (humans may have produced the most at this time) because factories and steam engines all worked on coal fuel. CO2 encourages and stimulates the growth of plant life thanks to the greenhouse effect. Unfortunaltely, there is not enough CO2 to cause this on a planetary level. There is more CO2 now then there was in the 1920's (when coal fuel was on the decline) since fossil fuels are being used more and more. This may simply be coincidental to a natural climate change and has no direct correlation.
As far as evolution, there is far too much evidence that proves that evolution has happened. Just as there is enough evidence to prove that climate change is natural and has happened on our planet through-out it's history, there is evidence that life has evolved. Just study the fetus inside a mother's womb and you can see for yourself the fetus evolving from lower life forms to human.
So I believe in evolution.

Fossils prove evolution? Hardly, the fossil record poses innumerable problems for the Theory of Evolution. One such problem is the discovery of a nearly complete T. rex specimen, unearthed in 1990 by scientists from the University of Montana, that was not entirely fossilized! “Fresh” bone from a “70 million” year old dinosaur? Utterly impossible if in fact the bones are truly that old as evolution suggests.
These are the things that the “Scientists,” who believe evolution, won’t talk about.
The fact is we can go around and around with this forever, because those who honestly believe in Global Warming or Evolution will absolutely refuse to look at the evidence in a way that would disprove their position. However, to be fair the same thing could be said about those of us who hold the opposite opinion.
Ultimately it comes down to what you want to believe. Neither Evolution nor Creation can be scientifically proven because no one was around to see it happen nor can they be reproduced in any way. We can only interpret the evidence that we have in the present.
I for one think it is pretty awful to put my faith in a system of random chance, which says something came from nothing and produced billions of years of disease and death, only to produce the human “animal” and condemn him to a hopeless and pointless existence.
I much rather put my faith in the Bible and its account of Creation and Salvation through Jesus Christ.
Just in case you still may doubt, yes I am a “Fundamental Christian,” and I’m very proud of it.

Global warming caused by humans NO but climat changes over the millions of years that earth has been around YES. The earth has been changing in all matters of ways. Continents that were once joint are now seperate, in Roman enpire days England used to be warm enough to grow grapes to make wine etc...
Evolution YES. Anybody that understand genetics can see it. We humans have in out genome dormant genes such as genes for fur, for scales etc...Our cells are so close to the structure of viruses that we cannot easily find anti-viral drugs because those drugs would destroy our cells. In the lab, we can see viruses evolve on a daily basis almost and some of the best treatment for humans disease are based on genetics.

Wow, I never realized how many fundamentalist Christians frequented this site.
I believe in God too and do believe he created Heaven and Earth. But at the same time, evolution is hard to deny given all the scientific evidence of it. But who knows?
As for global warming, come on, people, if you can't see that this one is real by now then you're just living in deep, deep denial. Yes, the planet naturally goes through cooling and warming periods, but what we're experiencing now is extreme and of our own making. Just as air quality became a serious problem when the industrial revolution came along, global warming is being helped along by our record production of CO2. It's just a fact. Deal with it. Even Bush has admitted it's true. The fact that the ice caps are melting and we're having more and more extreme weather isn't just some crazy coincidence. Hurricane Katrina wouldn't have even been a fraction as bad if it hadn't crossed over unusually warm water. This is real and is having very real consequences now. But just like the ozone layer, which has thankfully recovered quite a bit thanks to decreased use of aerosols among other things, it is possible to help reverse the effects of global warming. Do your research, everybody. (I didn't used to believe it was real either until I did some research on my own. The numbers are really hard to argue with.)

In global warming? No. There are only MODELS of what MAY happen. It doesn't mean it will it means it is just speculation. Besides even if it were true, there is nothing we can do about it. CO2 isn't the big problem it's something we all have in our bodies and that's methane. Agriculture, cows even farting cause methane gas. How do expect to stop that? Seriously you would have to kill of at least half the human population to have a "sustainable" environment according to some fearmongers. Evolution, though, is quiet the contrary. There is empirical proof that it is true. Fossils, similarities in animals, DNA its all there I don't know how someone can deny that? For those that don't believe it is not true...maybe its another way of "God" creating human life..haven't you ever thought of that? Besides how can you prove to me what the bible says is true (regarding the creation) if you have no physical proof? Has anyone ever seen God? Explain that one to me?

Global warming-Yes. I live in a Western state and we are having the worst drought in recorded history.
Evolution-Yes. It always amuses me when my friends that believe in creation ask me, "where is the missing link that proves evolution?" I reply in kind, "where are the remains of Moses, Joseph, Mary and the 12 Apostles?". Nobody has found them.
There is fossil evidence proving that people and animals have evolved through the years. My favorite examples. Wooly mammoths and sabre toothed tigers. Were they not the precursors to elephants and the tigers we know today?

I believe the globe has been warming, I do not believe us humans have any part of it. . There is no proof that CO2 is causing the heat increase, there is proof that the sun is. The bible has predicted ths "Revelation 16:8-9 "And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory." http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/358953.stm
Evolution has not been proven and this is why we call it a "theory". The bible has been proven over and over again. The whole bible is made up us witnesses evolution has none. I could be a scientist and never have been in a plane and could try and tell you what I think is in one but unless I have been inside the plane I will probably be wrong, the bible has many many witnesses that have testified to what they have seen. Here are some proof of their testimony.
