Definitely. Today when I was riding a taxi cab back to my office I saw a hundred people standing on a line. They were in front of the Mexico City Housing office, waiting under the sun to do the paperwork required to get a tiny apartment probably two hours away from their jobs.
I felt so grateful for how blessed I am, and at the same time so humbled by how easy my life is compared to theirs.
I prayed for every single one of them to get a house eventually, and for God's grace to fall over them so that their efforts bear fruit.
This is just an example of an experience that is repeated almost daily, though with different triggers.

I think every day that God gives me makes my life Blessed and every day that my life is Blessed means I can be a Blessing to someone else. I donate time and energy to those I can without wanting anything in return on a regular basis. My faith and beliefs tell me to live the christian life 24/7 and I try very hard to do that. Sometimes it is not possible I work and am a fulltime student at 52 but I still find time even at school to help out. I donate time each week at church and have taken in someone so they can get on their feet. So I guess it is a little of both.

I seek to be a blessing to others also, by seeking to love unconditionally.

I am always blessed as others noted I try to be to others but as a human I do fail (albeit occassionally!)
