well i cant tell you, im virgin too. but i'm going to be until marriage. you should do the same thing and do it with somebody you love. not just because you want to know what is it or how it feels.

Dont get into a relationship if what you really want is sex. Ask a good friend to do it, maybe have a drink or 2 first. I had a friend your age in the same situation once who asked me for sex, and for her it was what she wanted. Sex with someone she trusted and did not have feel insecure around. It was fun!
As far as how to start, I would suggest a little bit of passionate kissing, but as soon as you feel horny get topless and go straight downtown! The rest will happen very easily...
To all those who say wait for marriage: how is she supposed to know who she wants to marry if she doesn't even know if they are good in bed, or even what good in bed is!!??

first you need a willing and considerate partner ---- make sure you are safe and comfortable and always use protection --- the rest is up to you do what feels good make sure there is plenty of stimulation and it may hurt a little it may not hurt at all BUT if it does hurt a lot you may need to see a doctor there could be problems --- not serious just annoying ---- enjoy
