Absolutely, especially if it seems slutty. But I've been in a relationship for 3 years now, so mind is probably getting warped...

Depends on the guy.
There's nothing wrong with it!
I know a lot of guys who get all their girlfriends this way. It's just the way it is because they're too shy to make the first move and they happen to attract girls who will actually make the first move. Good stuff!
If the guy doesn't like it, move on! No harm no foul.

i do like it and no i would never think a lady that came on to me is "slutty" after all i did marry her have 30 years together and 3 children
