If it's their problem, ignore them. Especially if it's "silly stuff". You're only as small as the things you let bother you.

But I do try and find out why someone is mad at me. If I've done or said something wrong, I usually would like to have the opportunity to apologize and correct my mistake.

It depends on what has happened. We all have different ways of looking at the world. Just be polite to people and if they get mad at you then yes it's their problem. Just diffuse the situation telling them you didn't mean to upset them and walk away. Sadly in today's world for most people respect is a one way street.

People get mad, anger is an emotion. To me it doesn't matter whose fault it is, as much as how does it affect you. I can control my OWN anger, not anyone elses. If I was wrong, admitting I was is easier than the angry person going on a 4 hour tirade and me having to listen to it. If I wasn't wrong, I simply tell them I disagree, and carry on with my day. It's their problem if their blood pressure skyrockets NOT mine! LOL I don't DO anger well;)

As a christian when unbelievers get mad at me it is not my fault but they are just ignorant of what i am saying and so the truth bring an offence to then which allow them to get mad at you

Well if they get mad I would say they were the one with the problem however, the Bible says if you offend your brother to go to him and make peace. So as Christians if we make someone mad we should go to them and apologize.

It is their problem, if they are angry over something silly. I think that it best to turn the other cheek and walk away (unless you can think of something constructive to say). That goes for trolls on this site as well.

No one truly makes someone ELSE angry; people make THEMSELVES feel the way that they feel, because they choose how they want to react.

Of course, I would rather avoid making other people angry if I can, but the Bible makes it clear many times over that if they are angry at me simply for something that God told me to do, or simply for something that the Bible says, then they are really angry at God, not me, and that God would take care of it.

----------------------------
If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you. Remember the words I spoke to you: 'No servant is greater than his master.' If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also. They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the One who sent me.

If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin. Now, however, they have no excuse for their sin. He who hates me hates my Father as well. If I had not done among them what no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. But now they have seen these miracles, and yet they have hated both me and my Father. But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law: 'They hated me without reason.'
~John 15:19-25 (New International Version)

It's their problem in most cases.

But sometimes it may be the way we stated something or took offense to something. Some people can really be rude and we can sometimes take offense and let that get the best of us.

If the non believer gets mad at me I say I will pray for you. Being believers we know going in we will be persecuted for our beliefs look at Jesus. I just let it go because that is what Jesus did. I pray for them in my daily prayers that they find what I have.

Shrug your shoulder and just give it to God. Pray that God would speak to them. They are only getting mad because you touched a nerve.

Matthew 5:43-48
“You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet your brethren only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors do so? Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect."

tell them..

Believers: "God loves you, so I love you too...thank you for sharing your thoughts with me...Godbless :)"

Unbelievers: "Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your religion, but I'm happy the way I'm :)"

don't give it much importance, everybody thinks that they are right, so what's the point of trying to convince others?...just feel happy that you know in what u believe :D
