It's probably racist to say one nation is more or less racist than another. LOL

THe country most respectful of immigrants fluctuate year by year. I would gather right now its Netherland, Canada, and than US. Netherland would not make the list two years ago, because the people elected and anti immigration president, probably due to the fear of muslims taking over.

Edit: right now there is a world wide wave of anit-immigration. England, France, Australia and US are tightening their immigration law. Netherland already went through that. France just elected a President that is anti-immigration, but his father is an immigrant himself. Their is a lot of anxiety of muslim immigrants in the continental europe and Australia. England has its problem with the Polish and the US is anxious of the Hispanics. Russia is also fustrated with illegal immigration from its former soviet republic.

Britain welcomes its doors to anyone. Free housing, free public transport, free healthcare await you. What's more, the border controls are so lax, you can smuggle in whatever you want. No need for an ID card, so you can swan on in without going on the census. The government have no idea what the actual population is. Oh and don't worry if you can't find a job as the British taxpayers will pay for your upkeep. How tolerant and welcoming are we!

It's a tossup between the USA and some of the more civilized European countries. Mexico certainly doesn't treat immigrants with anything like the respect immigrants receive in place like the USA and the UK.

The ideal choice would be Antarctica, but it's not really a country.

If you only take immigrants into consideration,

Trinidad & Tobago, The Philippines, and Kuwait are all up there (not so much Canada and Switzerland).

Racism, however, existst everywhere, especially regarding small indiginous populations (NATIVES without citizenship) and historical animosity from colonialism and slavery.

The US is the best to its illegal immigrants BY FAR most other countries deport, jail or worse. Immigrants, I think it is a toss up between the US or Switzerland.

If you were to look at the variety of races, than the U.S. could probably be considered the least racist.

But, you have to consider that many American's do not accept immigrants, conceal their racism due to cultural taboo's, or are blatantly and openly against certain races.

So when taking that into consideration, I would say Switzerland. With five official languages, and a fairly open immigration policy, they are very open, accepting people, as are their neighbors, Finland and Norway.

The least racist country is the country that has people of only one race and never been a colonialist state.
There's no racism in mono-racial country by definition.
Consider China, Japan, Vietnam, other Asian countries.

USA, UK, France are the most racist countries I've ever seen.
There are racial tensions and ethnic hatred in every ethnic and social group there, especially among minorities.
