i have oven roasted kind usually
also...is one less in calories and fat b/w the sara lee brand and the kroger store brand?

The store brand is usually healthier because there are fewer preservatives in it, but you must read the labels, all you need to know is printed out, right there.

Boars Head makes a lower sodium turkey that is the closest to fresh turkey breast as I have tasted.
