well you are very pretty, i would suggest no makeup-it shows you are trying way to hard-and you definetely dont need it. i woud suggest maybe cutting your hair for a fresh look that wil make him see you, but dont cut it much, just trim it to your shoulders. also, a tank top or something that props up your womanly features but dont wear something where they hang out. something respective, will make him curious and wanting more. smile alot, guys are always thinking "she doesnt like me, cause she doesnt smile"yes it may be awkard for you, but he will look at you too and smile. dont stare let him stare at you with a smile then turn a way for a brief minute. it will make him much more curious. but PLEASE do not play too many games, as us guys get tirred quick.

taking a good look at your picture i would say you're very attractive as it is. i for one would take you on the spot.
i know looks matter, however if any girl came across as slutty to me no matter who shes is, i'd get turned off in an instant.
if you want athletic, find a nice pair of jeans that are dark blue shade and fit you well and wear a green t shirt (green is my favorite colour and pick a shade that matches your preference and style) don't be too accessorized. maybe a cute headband would help.
on top of that get to know the guy what he likes before making your move. a little research never hurt anyone. as a girl i can imagine you have a whole bag of persuasion powers at your disposal, just don't go overboard. with your looks there are lots of guys that would be more than happy to take you and make you feel wanted.

"mind blowing hot" is more about attitude than what you wear --- if you feel it then you will show it on the outside (even if you are wearing a shapeless sack) so wear what you feel comfortable in and what you think looks good on you --- that will show and impress the guy (and probably every other guy as well) --- have fun

Not a guy, but I think that if you put on some eye makeup (i.e. eyeliner and mascara) you would show off your eyes...they are a really pretty color...
Im sure that that guy will notice you no matter what!!
