Reasonable portions is the most important thing whatever you eat.

Your diet should be balanced and include lots of veggies, and also fresh fruit, whole grains (I've recently fallen in love with quinoa), lean protein, and low-fat dairy.

my diet consist of
lettuce
fresh low carb veges such as some tomatoes not alot olives cucumbers onion alittle mushrooms peppers any color lol and broccoli carrots beets
some cheese barely any
fat free yogurt or light meaning low cal and mininum of no fat
water fruit flavored no cal nothing
diet tea no cals nothing
low sodium no sodium
no sugar added low sugar
peanuts almonds pistachios all raw
lean chicken breast
lean turkey
and some times lean ham
cheerios is breakfast for me
no bread no potatoes alittle is okay
no rice
no baked goods
some bread if low carb and not eatten all day
shrimp
tuna
salmon
crab
