This is a scam, they are trying to obtain your personal details and an 'advance fee' that you will never recover.

You don't get anything for nothing, it's a scam do not answer do not give personal information.The following sites give more information.

I think not it is another scam to either get you to mail them back to get your details or just a hoax delete it without opening anything else .
