Who is the greatest lady of the world? Christian belive Mother Mary. However, Muslim claim Bibi Fatima ( The daughter of Muhammad) but according to Quran Mother Mary is greatest lady of the world whose name has been repeated in Quran more than 35 times. Not only this in one verse God catagorically reminded the superiority of Mother Mary as in verse said " And when the angels said: O Mary! Lo! Allah hath chosen thee and made thee pure, and hath preferred thee above (all) the women of creation.( Aal-e-Imran, Chapter #3, Verse #37) If still Muslim claim that Bibi Fatima is above all the women of the world. Are they follow Quran?

There are differences between the Shiia and the Sunni. So when you say questions like this you should be specific on which your asking about. As for myself the Quran says Maryam is the purest and above all.

Mary, the Mother of Jesus, holds a very special position in Islam, and God proclaims her to be the best woman amongst all humanity, whom He chose above all other women due to her piety and devotion.

“And (mention) when the angels said, ‘O Mary! Indeed God has chosen you, and purified you, and has chosen you above all other women of the worlds. O Mary! Be devoutly obedient to your Lord and prostrate and bow with those bow (in prayer).’” (Quran 3:42-43)

I would agree Mary was a very special lady (although I am no Roman Catholic by any stretch of the imagination).

I would have to say Elizabeth I, was quite the woman as well!

Along with my mom and wife (yes....they are up there with Mary and Elizabeth I).

You have to first define what "greatest" means. These characters you have mentioned are most probably fictional, myths, or legends. In what category are they regarded as "the greatest"? There have been numerous women (who factually existed or are still living) who can be classified as having excelled in different things. I don't believe one can just pick a single individual to be honored for something undefined.
