Can anyone tell me if it is possible to post pictures on someone's wall on facebook?

Not myspace, facebook!
We want to post it on the wall NOT as an album because we already know how to that. Please provide steps and websites

You can't - facebook makes it a point to keep the walls clear of images so that other commercial sites can't create "cards" or other gimmicky images. The best you can do is send a gift, made by facebook, or send a link to an image.
