Supposedly in the "long run" your odds for blackjack if you play every hand perfectly is 49%. That coupled with learning to count cards and you can raise the percentage in your favor. The only problem is there is no real definition of the long run, and if you are looking to make money fast (as that's what it sounds like in your question) this is not a good game to do so with. Your best bet is to learn poker as you aren't playing against a game rigged in the house's favor and hopefully you play against people that aren't as good as you.

Stay away from roulette, it has the absolute worse odds. Even the black/white bet isn't an even bet because there are two green spots on the board.

Good luck.

You cant' beat the casino's advantage. Get a book and learn the odds. You can have successful "lucky" week-end trips And win money. However if you go against the odds with abandon and no knowledge of what you are doing, they will grind you down and take your money. I'm what they they they call a "don't player" on the craps tables. I do that that because it gives me the lowest house odds against me. I like poker, but, I'm a rookie player. So I can't compete with the good ones. That's why I play craps. To be a "don't player". (by the way...I never took the time to learn how to count cards..so...blackjack isn't my game either)..Anyway, you have to be comfortable standing at a table and have a personality to withstand countless insults you will encounter from the the players that are uninformed about how the game is played. I love to watch the "yo" , "hard way" , and "hop" betters expressions change when 7 hits the board. They think you are betting against them when you are actually fighting the house odds too. They don't think about when a "number" hits...I just lost money. Oh well...I have fun doing it. Guess it's my dark side that rules my personality.

Casinos win because of "exponential decay"--a negative expectation. There are positive expectations, particularly poker (if you are more skilled than your opponents), and pari-mutuel wagering (if you are better at predicting the outcome than the other bettors). Blackjack can still offer a good return, but the skill level required is beyond the ability of most players.

There are numerous "handicapping applications" that claim to generate consistent profit (after a five- or six-month "learning curve" that includes $130 a month data downloads). If you are into total immersion in deciphering arcane ratings and divining which of the 15 or so different predictions should apply to the current race, they will certainly keep you busy.

The most promising area is in "spot plays"; specific patterns that have been statistically proven to offer a postive ROI over time. Even those are not "guaranteed," because historical evidence is no guarantee of future performance.

you will never have an edge on casino games where you are betting against the house, poker on the other hand you can find all over the internet, it is too much to explain here and i wouldn't try to make a living out of horse racing, if you try to you better understand the bets and odds, this past weekend the odds were so bad on the horses that won that i made $6 of a $18 bet. But, the best advice i can give you from reading your question is don't try to gamble with what little money you have, you win big when you spend big.

When you play against the casino, you will always lose in the long run. That's the statistics. Unless you cheat, there is no way you can gain an advantage against the casino.

But if there is one things you could try:

Go less often (once a year maybe?), but every time you go, you bet big. Go after those long shots and hope to get lucky.

Personally, I prefer lottery. Because the beauty of the lottery is you only need to win once. :)

Good Luck!

Open your own casino.

Think about it, if a "guaranteed" system exists, the casinos would change the rules to defeat such a system.

It has happened in the past. Why do casinos deal blackjack with 6 or 8 decks? Because there was a book in the 60's "Beat the Dealer", which shows exactly how to defeat a one-deck game.

There is no guaranteed way to win. That's why those casinos in Vegas are doing so well. The house ALWAYS wins!

You cannot be guaranteed any win. The odds are always with the house. How do you think they build those billion dollar places is someone could have a guaranteed win.
