LAVA FLOW
(I've only been able to get this drink in Hawaii, and it's a MUST try!!)
1 oz. light rum
1 oz. Malibu® coconut rum
2 oz. fresh or frozen strawberries
1 small banana
2 oz. unsweetened pineapple juice
2 oz. coconut cream
PREPARATION:
Blend the 2 rums and the strawberries in a blender to form a smooth paste. Pour this mixture into a tall (Collins or Hurricane) glass. Rinse the blender. Blend the banana, the coconut cream, and the pineapple juice in blender with crushed ice until smooth.
Pour this mixture into the glass with the rums very slowly and watch as the strawberry mixture oozes its way to the top along the sides of the glass creating the flowing lava effect. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and paper umbrella.

Blue Hawaii - Shot
1 oz 100 Blackberries
1 oz Blue Curacoa
1 oz Lemon Sour
Shake all ingredients together with ice and strain into shot glass. Is dark blue and is a sweet and strong shot.

I quiet like peach schnapps and orange juice. Baileys (or its cheaper cousin Irish Knights) is delicious mixed in with hot chocolate. When I want something non-alcoholic I go for a tooth rotting (and possibly cancer causing, you never know) Coke.

I love iced cappuccino.
I also drink a lot of grape juice (the purple kind),
Skim milk, but I consider that a food, not a thirst-quenching medium! In fact, I use it in place of meals if I am in a hurry.
