pizza - none, I don't have pizza delivered
Hair cut - depends, about $3-$5
Manicure - never had it done
manicure & pedicure - never had it done
Waitress - depends...buffet - $1-$2, pizza - about $3, sandwich/fries/drink type meal - $3-$5, steak/potatoes/salad type meal - $5-$10

I NEVER tip based on a percentage, but rather the amount of effort put into the service.

My tipping for pizza delivery varies widely on the amount of time it takes to arrive and the attitude of the driver. Also, the distance I am from the location (I can't have it delivered at home, so I only buy at work or when I'm at a friend/family member's house), and whether the person passes the place up several times. I've tipped as little as 5 percent or as much as 30 percent (for service that is faster than expected and for a driver with an excellent attitude).

For a haircut, 20 to 40 percent depending on the total experience and how much I had done (I don't have a regular stylist). But I understand that these people have had extensive training in their position and still work for a wage that is lower than most professions. Plus, it's almost an art form, really. I've never had a manicure or pedicure professionally done, but expect that I would use approximately the same formula.

My tipping for a waiter/waitress also varies widely dependent on the service provided - I've tipped under 5 percent and up to about 50 percent (if it was a smaller bill and exceptional service).

Pizza since I live like 2 miles from the place only gets 2, 3 if its raining.
Hair cut if I don't have them correct it before I leave is 5, with corrections 3
I don't tip for mani and/or pedi
Waitress I am usually a great tipper, but it realy depends on the service I get. Usually the smallest tip I leave is 5, a lot more if I'm drinking.

(I work for tips so I tip someone like I would like to be tipped).
Pizza Delivery: $5
Hair Cut: average $20 haircut, appx $7-$8 tip
Manicure: my manicures used to cost me about $18, and I would tip about $7-$8.
Food Servers: my husband and I always tip at LEAST 20%. my husband is very generous for good service. he's tipped 40-45% before. :-)
(if i had extra money from a bigger-than-usual paycheck, i'd tip more....just because. it makes a persons day to get a real nice tip, an unexpectedly large tip....i sure appreciate it when that happens to me.)

Pizza Delivery: depends on how fast they delivered the pizza and what the weather is like...I usually tip $2.00 and a little more if bad weather
Hair Cut: $2.00 to $5.00 dollars
Manicure/Manicure Pedicure $3.00 to $7.00
Waitress: if it is a evening sit down meal 15% is normal, if it especially good go higher (thats how waitresses make their living) if it is coffee or something .50 to $1.00

For pizza delivery, we usually tip between $2 and $5.
Manicure - $3
Manicure and Pedicure - $6
Haircut - $5
Waitress - I live where our sales tax is 8.25%, so I double the tax and give that to the waitress.
