everybody is different, so what works for one person to reduce tension may not work for you.

I highly recommend a good massage . Nothing can replace this for relaxation.

Soak in a hot bath tub for 30 minutes. Have soft music playing and dim the lights.

Meditation is very good for tension. Deep breathing exercises can work very quickly to remove tension. I've enclosed a link where you can read about how to do these exercises.

Go for a walk ~ call someone you care about ~ get into an exercise program ~ go sit by a lake and enjoy ~ read ~ play tennis, raquet ball ~

Go for a exercise..You can try swimming,jogging and gym.Exercise will help to release a hormone-endorphine,which is a hormone known to counter stress.
