don't lie. you'll end up having to tell more and more lies to cover up the first one. Just tell whoever that you don't feel ready. If they don't understand that then they aren't worth your time.

Hey, I'm a guy and I want to answer this one myself.

The main thing is, you should not have to lie, you should just be able to tell her that you are not ready. Or simply don't want to. If it gets to be a real problem, break up with the person and move on. You can't always say you have an STD, because there are people out there who have not really have sex and really do not have a really sufficient reason for contracting an STD.

If he or she does not accept the answer that you do not want to, then you know they aren't worth your time.

I was on a date once - we were sitting in the guys car just talking when he suggested we have sex there and then and I just wasnt into it - I said I had my period (which was a lie) he said thats ok just go behind that bush and take your tampon out - EEEEEWWWWW I said no that was not going to happen and that maybe he should take me home - he did and I never saw him again thank goodness - so the period excuse doesnt always work - basically honesty is the best policy here just say you dont want to have sex with him (oops sorry this is assuming your female)

Male or female?

Female = you have your period.

Male = you have an STD that is in the process of being cleared up.

Failing that, say NO. Tell the person pressurising you that under no circumstances will you succumb to guilt or blackmail. Tell them you respect your body too much. If they don't accept this, they are not worth the hassle and should be dumped.
Good luck!!

There's no need to lie. Be honest. Say "I don't appreciate you pressuring me to having sex. When I say that I don't want to, I mean precisely that - I DON'T WANT TO. Accept that and leave me alone about it, or move along, because you won't be getting any of that here!"

You know what you have to do. Be straight up. Don't lie just tell them that you are not ready to have sex and if it is an issue chances are that's all he wanted to begin with.

Don't lie just tell him you aren't ready for that yet and if he can't handle that then he isn't the right guy to be having sex with anyways. Good luck and stick to your guns on this one.

Well if he is pressuring you then you dont need him. You need to be ready. If you need a lie...tell him that you are extreamly furtile because your family is. Tell him about aunt that got pregnant with a condom. stuff like that. Scare him.

If you do not want to have sex, simply tell him that it is that certain time of the month for you. There is nothing he can do or say..Thats the line I usually use.

there is no need to lie --- say no and if he does not accept it tell him to get lost --- a bit drastic i admit --- he is only after sex not wanting to know you better and prepared to wait as long as necessary ---- best wishes
