if you can place An ice pack on your back for fifteen minutes that will help tremendously. Advil soft gel capsules taken four times daily will relieve a lot of the pain. Also exercises you can do at work will help the pain. I've enclosed a link more you can find out what to do at work.

You might need to go to a Rite-Aid or CVS & get those Ben-Gay or some type of pain reliver patches you put on your back. I hope this help you feel better. Could it be a bad co-worker working you last nerve, I hope not, if so just put the patch over their mouth (smile).

i think you got your back pain is from the line of work you are doing. our back needs rest too. but sometimes we concentrate too much on our work and we somehow forget that our back need to be taken care off too. you should try massage once a while. maybe once every three months or 6 months. try it you would love it.

If it is not to serious of a problem, try ibuprofen. Start with 400-600mg a couple times a day. If that doesnt work, you maybe should see your doctor to find the cause of your problem.

Not knowing what or where the pain is coming from, it is hard to answer. Start off with Doan pills, if they help/ good. If not, go to the doctor.
