I am piping engineer. But I don't have any experience in jacket piping. Please let me know what is Jacket piping. How can I get more idea about this or else is there any website about the jacket piping?

and to further explain, jacketed piping is simply double containment. if the inner pipe leaks, then the outer piping will hold the leak without exposing it to atmosphere. often used for piping dangerous chemicals (cyanyde or other very corrosive acids)

Many heat exchangers are simply lengths of jacketed piping, with one fluid circulating thru the jacket and another circulating thru the inner pipe. The jacket fluid then either warms or cools the fluid in the inner pipe.
In many case the outer jacket is only 2"" to 3" larger in diameter than the inner pipe.

Additions to first answer

Steam pipe will have aluminum jacketing over the insulation.

Chilled water systems sometimes will have a PVC jacketing over the insulation.
