What is a good kind of muscle relaxer?

I have a pinched nerve that won't go away. What muscle relaxer works, besides Flexeril?

Valium is an excellent muscle relaxer. It's one of the oldest , but still works excellently.

Add calcium and magnesium 500 mg twice a day to your diet to help the muscles relax.
