I would like to gain weight, But I just don't have much of an appitite. I work different shifts all the time, and never have lunch the same time two days in a row. Is there any vitamens that i can take that will make me hungry? or what would you do?

I would drink protein shakes , that's what i did cause i dont eat much and wanted to gain some extra weight

Don't try to gain weight just for the sake of gaining weight. That would most likely be useless fat.

Try to eat a balanced diet, and get plenty of exercise. That will make any weight gain be a healthy weight gain.

Eat little snacks throughout the day. Bread will make you gain weight and so will cheesecake! Basically try to stay with good healthy high calorie foods - don't eat lots of candy bars and chips.

I don't know of any vitamin that increases appetite. Most people would want to take it if there was one!!!

i WOULD TRY PROTIEN SHAKES THERE yummy and good 4 u!!!!!!....plus sometimes when u r not hunry it just means ur going through ur period and ur just goring more dont worry its purfectly normal but if ur still that way in 2 months see a doctor just in case!

protein shakes...check out your local gnc store and inguire...i am sure they will have many products to refer to you so you can fit the one that will work with your schdule the best
