If you still eat eggs, get yourself some eggs from a farm that has free-range hens that are fed a vegetarian diet. You can find them at most grocery stores. Eggs are the most filling breakfast I know of that also gets you the protein and energy you need in the morning.

If you enjoy "mock" meats, you can also find frozen vegetarian substitutes for sausage patties and bacon. These can be hit or miss, and you might have to experiment to find your favorite brand.

A very healthy alternative is oatmeal with sliced bananas and honey. But I don't recommend oatmeal every day, you'll tire of it fast!

I'd say some sort of egg and cheese sandwich or some Kashi chewy trail mix bars. Something with a lot of protein to keep you going. The Kashi bars have 6g of protein while other bars I have found only have 3 g. I also drink Vitamin Water every morning (the Revive flavor).

Good luck! :)

Hi. Congrats for having the willpower to give up meat. I love animals and hate the thought of eating them, but I just can't stop. I hope to be a vegetarian one day.
I found this website which will give you loads of ideas. They have many veggie breakfast recipes. From cereal or fruit to eggs and more.

I love to eat a table spoon of peanut butter or almond butter on a slice of toast, a half of grapefruit or apple along with a glass of water or unsweet tea and I'm ready for the day. It's quick to fix, too.

If you mean good, and good for you, than I suggest these:
- A whole wheat cereal
- Eggs (If you still eat them)
- Fresh fruit or fresh fruit juice
- Toast with jam, or margarine
- Whole wheat waffles or pancakes
- Bagels (plain, cinnamon raisin)
Hope that helps!
