It gets very hot where I live also. However, I go out and take a 3 mile walk every day just as the sun comes up. It's warm, but it's still bearable, and I get in my exercise before it's really hot. Maybe you could try that. Also, you might invest in a treadmill or other equipment you can use indoors, or join a gym. Watching what you eat is also a necessity. Limit any junk foods to just an occasional treat, and eat healthy.

If you can, exercise in your home. If you have the monetary means, then check into joining a local gym. Also, work on trying to eat better. Watch your caloric and fat intake. Learn good fats from bad fats...

If you don't have money to join a gym, turn on some music and dance in your home. If you have cable/satallite, there are a few channels that have fitness shows.

Hope this helps some! :)

One way to stop the accumulation of fat (or extra weight) is to only eat until you are satisfied, not stuffed.

One way to make a smaller meal seem big and taste great is to chew slowly and let your taste buds enjoy each bite. This will stretch the food, and make the meal more enjoyable.
