find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You sound like a total novice so I'll tailor my advice to you. You haven't given many details with which to work and honestly, you don't sound like you've given this much thought. Further, you don't really strike me as the type of person that's capable of carrying out any plan that a gorilla couldn't.
With that said, I would recommend that you immediately stop drinking calories. That means, cut out all soda, juice, etc. I recommend striving to drink at least 1 gallon of H2O (that's water to you) each day.
Also, take a walk or jog shortly after you rise for the day. Exercising first thing in the AM will burn fat and will get your metabolism moving for the day so your body will continue to burn fat later on.

fat can in uncomplicated terms be burned via coming up a calorie deficit jointly as protecting protein intake intense. Take it common in the previous each and every thing, then gradually boost your protein intake, (powder is handy) decrease your caloric intake and do cardio. submit to in recommendations, in case you attempt to construct extra muscle than you have already got, your physique will clearly prefer extra energy which makes it common to overeat. you're able to do one in each and every of two issues: a million) income muscle, consume properly and income some fat too. 2) shop the muscle you have and burn the fat far off from it. (construction muscle AND burning fat on a similar time is almost impossible as a results of fact the mechanism on your physique that regulates those differences is designed to do one or the different yet no longer the two!)

If you've got a muscular build like you say, then what you need is muscle tone.
Weight lifting with just the bar will help. High repetitions and low weight is the key to toning muscle.
