I have made up a schedule in microsoft works and the people I'm emailing it to can't open it because they don't have microsoft works. Any suggestions?

Instead of saving your documents in Word's default file extension, (.wps), try saving in either (.doc) or (.rtf). Then it won't matter what the others are using as a word processor, they will be able to open the file.

you could convert it to a pdf (free download from adobe) and then attach it to the email
