i am cooperating with Daneshjoo Translation office in Tehran.
I would like to know how I could translate English mechanical Engineering texts, Industrial Engineering texts, management Texts, computer science texts from english to Percian or from persian to english to make money?

First, I suggest you become a member of the American Translators Association. They have a database of translators that companies look when they need translation services, and promote seminars and other activities.
Then, take their test to become a certified translator.
