there is no behavior code - EVERY woman is ALWAYS trying to attract guys.
the right question is - what is the woman's behavior when she wants to be with the guy she has attracted :) because most of the time they see you're interested and that enough for them - their self esteem is pumped up, you're no longer needed :)
and again - depends on what you're looking for - one night stand, life time partner or something in between :)
the best ones for the one night stand should answer 'yes' if you ask them straight away ;) they know what they're after and are not ashamed to admit it. not that you can't get anyone else in your bed for the night, but most of the time they will be either too sky or too drunk ;)
the best ones for the life time partnership... well, can't really say anything here. depends on that you're looking for. and still - whatever you're looking for (when we speak of long relationships) - the chance of finding it at a night club is not very high, is it :D
the best ones for 'something in between' are those who came up to be a really good one night stand :D that's several weeks with no boredom.. just make sure you drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration :D

I worked in a nightclub and from what I seen the women that go there don't have high standards and hookup with pretty much anyone they choose. I would be seriously careful, that is a good way to get a std. Nightclubs are nothing more then "meat markets"

My observation is that most women spend the entire night hanging out with their girlfriends.
I don't understand it. they spend an hour or more doing their hair and make-up to look sexy, and put on some provocative outfit that's designed to turn a guy on. Yet they go there with their girlfriends and then spend the whole night joined at the hip with the people that they came in with. when they go to the bar to get a drink, they take their girlfriends, when they go to the dance floor they take their girlfriends, and when they stand around like wall-flowers, they stand beside their girlfriends.
And then they wonder why they never get hit on.

Women in nightclubs are usually drunk and horny. So you may notice alot of eye contact and smiles going on. Then just go over and talk to the girl and see how friendly they are. If they are friendly hook it up

I agree with the other peoples comments.
Nightclubs are full of desperate women, who have no self respect!
Usually any girl can get any guy in a nightclub, its that easy!

We normally keep making eye contact with the guy and give a sexy smile. We might walk past him and casually brush past him or into him. Sometimes we approach the guy and dance with him. Or we might spark up a conversation.

girls that are looking for guys are in groups - usually 2-3 per group. you gotta go get them though. little glances by them are an invite i find
