According to BlueBook, there were only 2 made. Both were sent to US Military for testing and one of the two was completely destroyed by the testing. That makes one thats still around and its claimed already. The owner purchased the gun for 1.5 million dollars and its documented as the only one in circulation.

Of the two original .45 caliber Lugers still in existence, the last time I heard of one selling, the price went a touch over $1 Million USDollars.
That was about 10 years ago. If it went on auction today, I'd expect it to bring as much as a Million and a Half dollars.

If you have one I wouldn't be surprised if you could get over 200,000$ for it.
